Their website is a disaster - I’ve had two different subscriptions and two different log-ins for their site, sent countless emails back and forth with them, and even written reviews for them that have appeared on that site…and I can’t access the site, can’t read anything behind the ‘paywall’ and never have been able to.  I’m not a complete derp when it comes to technology but it just doesn’t work…

Say all that to say - I hope some of this interesting-sounding info makes it’s way elsewhere at some point!

Amen, Jim. Kalmbach's website is a horror show. One of the reasons I let my Subscription lapse 2 years ago, was they have moved almost all kit reviews and the better "Showpiece" articles behind the paywall. Like you I've spent time trying to get in. Nothing ever worked. So, I left.
