Lyle Willits
Inspired by photos of a car taken by Tom Kren, I started this build many months ago. Just a simple Malibu street machine. Grille and all photoetched details from The Model Car Garage. 350 from a Smoothster kit. Thanks again to Steve Milberry for the resin Malibu hood. Peter Lombardo
Lyle, I liked this car alot while it was under construction, it looks great finished. My late father-in-law had this exact car in the green with the green vinyl roof so it brings back memorys for me. Very nicely done.

Daniel Peterson
Gorgeous Malibu, Lyle! So you aren't sitting on pins and needles waiting for the inevitable questions to roll in...where'd the grill, photo-etch parts, the engine and the hood come from? Lyle Willits
BTW,, It's not a Malibu hood though ,, it's a Beaumont hood. LOL. If you say so.

cotto
I had an uncle who had a Chevelle very similar to this one, love the way this one turned out. I have not visited the forum in weeks but this surely was a nice surprise.
