Nice color you picked the paint came out awesome very nice job if I may your wheel centers are the wrong color for that year the 65/66 sport wheels had red centers the 67/68 sport wheels had blue centers I'm 70 i had 66 GT coup and now i have a 67 GT convertible . Awesome build can't wait to see it done.

Miles, that looks very nice!  Did it really only take you a week to complete once you got back on the horse?

One other question, I see the back panel is smooth.  Does the kit come with a ridged panel as an option?

Ty. I will have to fix that color. Im basically done at this point. i added the white gt strips and i will fix the rims, but i dont think I will do anymore. 

I moved onto a 66 fairlane gt next

It took a couple of weeks at night. It was close to done when i postee the first post about a week ago. A lot of the pieces are black so i taped them all to a cardboard strip and sprayed them all at the same time

 

There was only 1 back panel on the car. I don't think I had any extra pieces when i finished.

 

 

Thank you everyone for the nice comments. I had taken a few months off from building after 2 horrible failure builds in a row and i am glad this one generally worked out ok. There was a couple of dust spots in the paint, which i sanded out, but i thought I had that figured out.

Can't wait to see that 66 Fairlane I am working on one my self 8 years ago i got the 2 door hard top body from Modelhause and i am just getting to that one now.!
