?  ... Seems looks like crystallized ...

Any tips to recover this issue...

Had the same problem with my Lotus . Apparently Ebbro decals don't do so well under clear. I used Tamiya TS-13. Let it cure a few days (5-7). Lightly sand it then recoat.  You may have to do this a few more times but eventually the wrinkles will submerge under the clear. I had to do mine at least 3 times.

72 build.

I gave up using TS-13 over decals, I think Tamiya puts tolulene in their rattle can lacquers which is hard on decals. I’ve switched over to Mr Color (Gunze) GX-100 bottle gloss clear coat mixed 50/50 with Mr Color Self-Leveling Thinner. I have found the GX-100 to be much easier on decals than TS-13 although it can still react with with them if you go right to a heavy wet coat without first applying some thinner dry coats.

Really good build. I too built the 1/12 scale version. Had lots of detail in 1/12 th, You managed to capture all I could see in 1/2. This fits on a much more acceptable size shelf and looks much better.
