Yes I  know where you are coming from, I got the "no more kits" from my wifey the other day, I'm now looking for a hidey hole, I've run out of fibs to use, she's heard them all. 🙄

There is a little difference between smuggling a couple kits an hanging a long shelf. Will put the idea in the cooler for now. Want to live to see at least next Christmas. Me chicken? Nooo!.

Just so we can actually have some mockups in the mockup thread again, here’s my printed Reliant three wheeled oval racing van:

Google “Reliant oval racing” - they’re a blast!  

This particular one will probably be a curbside, but I’ve been drawing up the plans for a frame for a full-detail version…need to figure out plans for the engine next…

No filler in it yet except for the cut seam on the rocker trim but it'll need a bit on the rear 1/4 panels and tail gate where I removed the trim a couple decades ago.

If you are going Oval racing you need to put the front wheel all the way to the right. Watch Jeremy Clarkson test drive one of these things on Top Gear.

Getting started on a couple more GTOs. The '68 is on the bench now...using the kit tires with Fireball wheels. Raised the back end a little bit, and added a standard grill from Iceman. I've never liked hide-a-way headlights. This will be Verdoro green.

MPC 1957 Corvette, I used the 40 year old Testors spray paint on the body and very happy with the results. Its a very 'cherry' looking red. Going to throw some Cragars on it, and see what other goodies I have in the parts junkyard.
