Great job!  My wife owned a GT (1973) when we dated.  Hers was blue and a lot of fun to drive.  It became too unreliable in the winter and on rainy days so it was traded in on a VW Rabbit.  Less fun, but started every time. Today we own a roadster MGB and a MGA only driven on warm sunny days.  I love the paint job you did, very nice build.

Very attractive model of this British classic - did you have any issues with the transkit (I have it also in my stash)?

Thanks Helmut !  Only real issue is fitting the interior/chassis into the body , there is interference between the dash and a locating block molded inside the body .  I ended up grinding part of the block away but in hindsite maybe the interior could be fit into the body first then the chassis fit separately .
