Mike C. Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 The whole thing has gotten way too big and commercial. My cousin and I were talking about riding out when he got done building his low rider and I bought my bike. That was like the 80s. Probable a little more tolerable then.

Agreed, and exactly why I have zero interest in attending...but it sure is beautiful riding country the rest of the year, at least when it's not snowy.
Mike C. Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 I ran into one of my friends at a friend's funeral back in 2019. He just bought this custom bike, billet everything. Lost his front brake and the part would have to be custom made by a machine shop. He rode it both ways with no front brake. ?

I quit going when it turned into a costume party for the RUB & DINK crowd & only went downhill from there. S. Dakota is on my bucket list of places to travel, just not when the the rally is going on!
