Also, you can look forward to some unique sidewall treatments on future kits. The upcoming Monkeemobile will have the same big and little tires "rebranded" again this time as Goodyear Blue Streaks. -Steve I'll be checking out that new Monkeemobile kit. Hope the wheels look something like this: 1
blizzy63 Posted September 5, 2022 Posted September 5, 2022 (edited) While we're talking kit tires, I'd love to see someone produce a Goodyear Blue Streak Sports Car Special for early '60s track racers like Shelby Cobras and Z06 Corvettes, etc. (I believe AMT made some 2-piece styrene racing tires of this type in a couple of their kits circa-1967-68.) Amen to that brother!

To answer my own question: I believe that I'm thinking of the styrene Goodyear tire overlays in the original AMT #6167 '67 Ford Mustang GT fastback kit. (Also in the AMT #6168 '68 Mustang GT kit.) SteveG Posted May 25, 2023 Posted May 25, 2023 For those who are a fan our Big and Little branded white letter tires, be sure to grab the AMTPP034 Firestone Wide Oval sets while they are still available. I'm not sure if there will be another run of these. Just a heads up. -Steve 4 3
