who makes sidepipes that look like this in 1/16?

I found these. The Rat motor headers will probably work also but it looks like I'll have to extend the pipes a little.

Maybe I can get some tubing from the hardware store and try some scratch building.

AMT recently released the 1/16 '55 Chevy Nomad...........I believe it has side pipes as part of the 'custom' parts.

Hey your right! Thanks TJ! I have that model and I just checked the chrome tree and there they are. Wouldn't mind them without the heat shields but they're free so....... Pays to look past my nose.

Hello, @Mike C., you could also try finding the 1/16 1973 Street Charger, or ex-MPC 1/16 427 Cobra.

Round 2 last reissued the Charger back in 2011. The exhaust pieces are chrome plated.

Beware: the Petty racing version of this kit does NOT have the same side pipes; it includes a NASCAR style exhaust.

I don't think the Cobra's exhaust pieces are plated, though I'm not certain.

Thanks Stef. I have decided to gh with the ones from my 1/16 '55 Nomad kit as they are free, and I don't plan on using them for the Nomad.
