I couldn't find a pic of what the Fred Cady sheet looks like, but there are several different Nevade State Police decal sheets available out there. First, on eBay are some older Chimneyville decals:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/235188668250?chn=ps&mkevt=1&mkcid=28&srsltid=AfmBOoqPDr51uUt1vkCdn2yixU37adcgjY05UCsWFu0s1ynN0RG9u9bhALI

Next, JBOT offered some, though you need to contact him because I believe he was cutting back on doing decals because of health reasons:

Then I found this website online offering a sheet, but I've never heard of them before, so don't know the quality of their decals:

And lastly is the price sheet for Customsquads.com website that on the 2nd page lists LE-15A,CHP/LAPD/Nevada Highway Patrol, then it shows #3015A OLD(not sure if it is older version, and #LE-15A Nevada Highway Patrol New Markings.

I hope one of these links helps you find what you are looking for, if not then if you can show what the Fred Cady sheet looks like maybe that will help find what you want.

Thank you, Steven! I will look into those.

I don’t have an image of the Cady sheet, but here is the car/scheme I’m trying to replicate. I know the Cady sheet will do it.

Matt,

Looking at the picture you posted of what you are looking for, I think these decals listed on eBay will do the car you want. I don't know the quality of the decals from this seller, but the pic looks like the right style of graphics:

Most of the other decal sheets I saw said they were for 2014 and newer or older versions.

Just a heads up on In Quarter Decals: They are various sizes and what was shown were 1/43 scale. He list his decals by scale in the first number. i.e. 43 = 1/43 scale

they are good decals and go to the scale size needed in his catalog.

This may be the one! Thank you for all your efforts, Steve. Above and beyond. ?

Glad I could help you out. I had surgery on my Achilles Tendon on March 22nd, and I'm still recovering from it, so I sometimes have lots of time to spend checking out the internet. I get friends asking me if I can find info on something, and I can usually find some obscure stuff sometimes.
