For those who aren't on Facebook, this just appeared on the AITM FB page:

Thank you for your interest in American Industrial Truck Models. As most of you are aware, David Natale was in the process of selling the business before he suddenly passed away. The estate of David Natale has recently settled a legal dispute associated with the sale, which never was completed. At this time we cannot provide additional information. This page will continue to be used to share David's personal collection and truck modeling supplies. When more information is available about the AITM product line, it will be shared on this page.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. David's family has had a challenging year navigating grief and this legal issue. We are happy to have reached a settlement and wish everyone well.

When they come back up, I have an order I am ready to place.  Between, Rookie Resin, ATIM, B-n-L, PnP Vintage and some others, I can see projects off in the future I want to work on, and instead of buying and storing my hard-to-get items, I waited till they were not available.  Going to place some orders if only these vendors reopen shop

I doubt that Dave's family plans to re-open AITM.  We'll just have to wait and see if they make other arrangements.
