PHPaul Posted February 1, 2023 Posted February 1, 2023 (edited) I'm building a '65 Nova drag car. Stripped interior, full roll cage, narrowed rear with tubs and slicks, no inner fenders on the front, straight front axle, heavily modified small block (2x4bbl, etc). I'm guessing it would have run in an Altered class, perhaps B or C/Altered. I haven't been able to find anything searching for NHRA data. I want to mark the windshield with class and dial-in ET. So, two questions: 1. What would be a reasonable class for such a car to run in, and 2. What would be a reasonable dial-in for that class? Edited February 1, 2023 by PHPaul

You might be able to look at the NHRA rule book posted here on the Forum under the Drag Racing portion. You may find that Drag Racing in a designated class would not have a "dial in" as that comes from a different style of computation. Depending on what all you are doing with your build your model might even land in a Gas Class. Looking at the rule book should give you a better idea on your build.
