I made these for a Hemi engines plug wires. They could be made any size for any wire or cable anywhere on the model. The plug wires are .020” diameter, so I wrapped some .011” bead wire tightly around a .021” drill bit and clipped one leg flush with the bit. The other leg I left a bit longer. Drill a hole in the valve cover for each clip and push the clip in, capturing the plug wire.? A touch of CA holds it in place forever.?
