Need to remove decal

What's the best way to remove a decal? It was treated with Micro-Sol when I put it on.

I put masking tape the paper tape rube it on the decal only and pull it off.       If some of the decal comes oof keep working at it.  The other way is to rube wit a  wet sponge!

I have found that the very best way to remove a decal is to really really want it to stay in place!

Use Microsol again to loosen it up and scrape away with a toothpick.
