chevyguy Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 looking good, i might have to take a break from my customs and exotics and build one myself
RJWood Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 Great build-ups Don. I Like your scratch built Barbershop showrod. I'm a showrod fan myself.
Raul_Perez Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 I really like the Uncertain T, but anyone who can build those old Revell Roth kits is a real modeler in my mind!! Thanks for sharing and welcome,
DR Dubois Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 They all look great but my favorite has to be that T Bucket! Thanx for sharing.
Bernard Kron Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 Gotta agree that Show Rods have always escaped me from a "wanting to build it" POV, but the goods ones, both 1:1 and In Scale, always impress me. These are impressive! As I suggested on your other post, you might think about picking out some of your faves and posting them individually with some explanations and more pics to reveal more about them. I suspect it would be a treat! Welcome!

Draggon Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 I think I like the Uncertain T in green, its different. And your Barber shop rod is great! You really captured the look of the original. Too cool!
jbwelda Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 looks like you did an excellent job on those roth cars, congrats! im currently attempting Wilhelms Wonder, and have ruined one body so far (broke off the tip of the very delicate fin, might be able to recover but for now i had a separate body i stripped and used). all these kits were very challenging as a kid; not sure ive made massive improvements since then! after WW i will attempt tognottis king t, which was recently restored and repainted by gene winfield, and on display at the sacramento autorama and probably associated shows as well.
Ramcharger Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 Love the rods! You did a great job on those! Thanks for sharing.
