What are what?  The decals?  19 is a pinstripe.  7 thru 10 are license plate options.  6 is a smiley decal for the differential pumpkin.  Apply as you want.  Otherwise, not sure what you are specifically asking about.

Probably.  Something akin to that shows up in photos of a lot of 32's.
