Getting replacement parts from Moebius for non truck kits. How hard Is it?

I've never tried to get any replacement parts from them.

How easy is it?

I know they seemed to get of top of the warped parts on the Ford Trucks pretty quickly. Do you think Car parts would be a problem?

I had to contact then several years ago to ask for a replacement body for a '61 Ventura with a crushed roof.

If I remember correctly, everything went smoothly.

 

Of course, they're only going to replace them if you show them proof that they're defective in some fashion.

If they have the spare parts in stock, it’s pretty quick. I got a replacement hood for my ramp truck as soon as they had stock a available, and not too long ago I bought a replacement parts tree for the nova gasser due to my carpet monster eating a small part, I think that showed up in less than a week.

good luck  I have been waiting  two  years to get a    rear bumper   for  the     53  foot  trailer  and a month   for a  windshield for a   pick  up  kit  havent heard from them at all
