I too get the same error message sometimes, but not other times. It's kind of odd. I figured it's because the jpg files are rather large.

I think I found the issue, my work laptop is blocking images from certain locations, such as Fotki, and in this case i.imgur

I am able to see everything when logged in from my person PC
