Are there any big NNL Events in N.C.? I would love to go to one where kit manufacturers actually have tables, Online hobby stores are represented, tons of vendors, t-shirts are sold. Like the Philly NNL, GSL, etc.

NC dosent have a NNL no more. The closest we have is this KCM show. This used to be a NNL and still works lie one. But we dont get big manufacturers at any of our models shows. But we do get 1 or 2 smaller ones.

The CKM show in August has been moved to Saturday August 12th!

You should consider making the trip to Atlanta this fall for the ACME show. It is being held in a much larger location and has some of the best modelers from across the country there as well as a ton of vendors with everything from parts and resin bodies to old kits and new releases. Great show and great group that puts it on, worth going to.

You are about 30 years to late. In the 1990's our club in Charlotte had a number of national events. The 1990 contest was even covered on a national TV show. We had the major kit manufactures and all the then big aftermarket folks.

Sadly the Road Knights no longer have any events and I am not sure they even are around today. After putting on a number of major event the club just died out.

AMS is nowgone too...

Bob was head of Revell Monogram at the time. Now retired.
