It's painted Testors one coat White Lightening. Interior is done with Vinyl and fabric paint. Added BMF, Flocking, and a prewired distributor. [ I have one of these also, they are not worth a fortune, just that some like to collect unbuilts. My next Cadillac project though is a 1959 Mint Johan to go with my 60.
