I appreciate the help, and suggestions. About 15 seconds over the candle to start, if it doesn't mash down enough you can heat some more and try again. Too much heat too long and you run the risk of melting too much. If you are uncomfortable with the heating, you could drill a #80 hole thru the post and pin it, just have to be careful with the angle and the post isn't too thick, easy to break off.

JerseeJerry55 Posted September 29, 2023 Author Posted September 29, 2023 Took the chrome off the exhaust, and intake assembly and the fuel tanks. Easier to paint the support brackets frame color, and the exhaust assembly, and fuel tanks Aluminum. 1
