RocketFoot Posted September 27, 2023 Posted September 27, 2023 I want to order some Iceman Cragar SS resin wheels but I am not sure what width to buy to match up with AMT's box set of Firestone Pad Printed tires. The box says they are scaled after F60-15 and L60-15 tires. I can't find a definitive answer online but I think this to be true: F60-15 = 8" wide rim (or 8.5mm scale size) L60-15 = 10" wide rim (or 10.5mm scale size) So by this, I would order Iceman's 15x8 wheels and 15x10 wheels to fit. Can anyone confirm?
Rodent Posted September 28, 2023 Posted September 28, 2023 Can't confirm, but will try to help. I don't have that tire pack (I thought I did, but I can't find it...), but I have the "Wild Wheels and Wide Ovals" PP020/24 set. I believe the tires are the same as the F60-15 tire kits. They are a perfect fit IMHO in Joel's 15x8 slots. I ASSume that the L60-15s would fit the 15x10 wheels, but I can't confirm. Pic is Joel's 15x8 slots with the AMT tires and his 15x8 Radial T/As. Tires are pretty much the same size. 1

I’d love to see a pic of 15x10’s though. Thank you!! Edited September 28, 2023 by RocketFoot 1
