dwc43 Posted October 12, 2023 Share Posted October 12, 2023 I have a 3d printed truck. I think it's made for a slot car. It's a 50's Studebaker. It has a 4 3/4-inch wheelbase center to center. It's 2 1/2 wide at the doors. And the tracking is 2 to 2 1/4 max center of tire. If the frame is too long or short, I'd need two so I can cut and fab and make it work. The front has to be a two leaf springs and a straight axle and the rear has leaf's and a live axle. I've checked all kinds of kits in my stash and come up empty so far. I did the Willys, always wanted to do the Studebaker truck too. Yeah, that's the one. I got em all. I found that truck on E Bay. Mobius made the 65 Satellite; I got the 69 Olds started. I got the Caddy. And I'm almost finished with the 36 Ford tow truck too. I had a guy that made decals for me on Facebook. Sorry to say he passed away a couple years ago. He made me the decals for the tow truck and Olds. I'm going ot try to copy the Olds root beer decals and see if I can make them for the Caddy. What did you use to make the scoop?
