Topper for 99 Chevy Silverado

I'm looking for a topper for the 99 Chevy Silverado. It's going to be a 1:1 build. Any ideas on where to look?

There was a camper shell included in an AMT issue of a GMC C3500 dually. The picture in the box shows it in white, there may have been other issues as well. The shell would be for a long bed, but it wouldn't be hard to shorten as needed.
