After sitting sideline watching model car videos, felt it was time to get back into the hobby with all new knowledge. 1983 AJ Foyt Monte Carlo used as a base with rims, exhaust, and grill insert bought from Salvinos'. Window net was made from masking tape per a video from Clay Kemp. Decals were from an independent seller. Front wheel wells were extended using a sheet of styrene and some putty, quite happy with how they turned out. I regret not putting down a base white coat on the rims before using Molotow chrome pen, but it will have to suffice. Body was shot with 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of white, and currently drying is 1 of 2 clear coats before decals are applied. All sprays are rattle can and the white is Dupli-Color GM bright white.

If you have any questions on methods, paints, or assembly I'm more than willing to share. Thanks for looking!
