I use Bondo brand from Ace Hardware. The small tubes last a long time if the cap is on tight. NAPA has a similar one, so does parts stores, 3M has one I've used before.

Tires and wheels are from Ron Coon. Tires are either T1 or T11 modifieds. Wheels are 3/8" deep wide 5.
