It would be great to have this Van box available in resin or 3D print.

Why not DIY? AMT van kit, Evergreen Sheet stock, quarter rounds for roof edge. Who knows what's on other side for access. Rear could be anything from a roll up door, two swing out doors or even a ramp door. Getting dimensions off of photo use the headlamp as a 6 inch guide for width and height measurements. Looks like a 15 inch wheel that you could estimate length of truck.
