Old Revell 56 Ford pick up

Resently i got A 56 FORD P U  dated 1962 I was surprized to read where that kit had a Pontiac  motor from Revell.

Yup. Along with the stock Y-block Ford engine.

One of the worst kits of all time. I struggled with one as a kid (red truck on boxart), then the blue boxart one around 1994. That one almost got completed.

One guy in my club bought a glue-bomb of one for 50¢ at a garage sale... missing parts. He is hell bent on building it. I told him I would GIVE him an AMT '53 truck kit.

Loved the subject and have owned a couple of 1:1's years ago. But a few of the body proportions in this kit leave a lot to be desired to say the least.
