1934 Ford Pickup

My club’s 2024 theme for our May show is the AMT(Lindberg) 34 Ford Pickup.  This is somewhat unfamiliar territory for me, but I decided to try my best to do one for the event.  I got the Lindberg version with the stake truck option to fit what I want to do with it.

It will be a custom, with a special commercial twist that will become evident as it nears completion.  I have already cleaned up the body, made some mods, applied the color and first clear coat.  I also have the wheel/tire package built up (more info later) and in the process of doing the flathead V8 detailing.

Very nice so far! The paint is so smooth, it almost looks like polished plastic.
