Kudos to Golden Bell Press

Just wanted to let everyone know how good Golden Bell Press is at customer service. I subscribe to Model Cars and I never received the most recent issue (#139) so after giving it basically a month to arrive I went ahead and called Golden Bell and a very nice lady took my call and after I explained the issue she informed me that another copy was going out in the mail that day. No hassles and I was on and off the phone in less than five minutes.

That's great customer service.

Same here. I waited three weeks, called and talked to Sherri on Mar 16th and received it on the 18th.

On the 23rd I received the cover only of the originally mailed issue in a little plastic bag from the USPS.

That's right, the cover only.

I gotta agree, Those 2 ladies that answer the phones hafta be angels. They BOTH have had me askin where were my issues in the past. And EVERY time I spoke with them they were VERY courtious and professional.In fact when I wanted to renew my sub for more than 2 years, although they said they don't have more than a 2 yr. sub, they helped me out an did it anyways! I LIKE that kinda service.But don't tell anyone, caz I DON'T want anyone to get into trouble!

I do marketing for MCM and will definitely let Sherri and Lila know that their efforts are appreciated. They do a great job in the front office and will be glad to hear that folks think they are doing a terrific job!

I just called to see if my subscription ran out couse my last issue was #138 and she told me I missed TWO issues.and my subscription is good till #142 I think I'm gonna go Postal on my postman!!
