Huge Shout out !!!!

Not sure if this is the right spot for this, and if not the Mods can move it to where it should be......In this turbulent divided and uncertain world we are finding ourselves living in these days, I sure don't see many " atta boys", But I really think this needs a huge shout out................ Last September I placed a decal order with Jerry Reeter at Model Truckin Decals............... paid for the order, and patiently waited.....and waited.... and waited..... and waited... 6 weeks on I emailed him and asked if my order had been sent, and sure enough it certainly had.... ok wait a little longer...... and wait.......and wait some more..... nothing, everyday, check the mail and nothing.....I was going to throw in the towel, and chalk it up to the cost of doing business, but got to thinking, the order, the exchange and the shipping it came to just a little over $75.00 CDN... That's a lot to toss away for an old retired guy, so I contacted Jerry again and asked if there was anything WE could do so that I could get these decals I REALLY want.... I was willing to work with him, as it isn't his fault the mail people messed up, but he said he would reprint the set and send them on again..... a few weeks go by....... and after 5 DAYS at Canada Customs, the wayward order arrived today!! 8 Months on......Jerry went out of his way to make this right although it was not his fault or doing. a HUGE THANK YOU Jerry for going above and beyond, I will order again, if you want to take another chance shipping here, and I will more than happily recommend Model Truckin decals and Jerry for hi incredible customer service ! And IF the first set ever find there way here, I will happily Pay Jerry for them....  Restores my faith in human nature !

Thanks for the positive post.  I've been going back through all of the posts on the forum and see a lot of negativity; and a lot of encouragement too.
