Doing a search on Cults for "Steel Wheel" I found the following 2 that look close to the pic you showed, and both are right are around $2 for the files: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/steel-wheel-06jun-02 https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/steelie-wheel-steel-rim I didn't check the CGTraders website, but image they might have some too.
