Basic "modern-ish" stamped steelies?

I like the dirtbag look of basic stamped steel rims on a lot of things.

Any *aftermarket* resin sources for these besides buying whatever Aoshima police car had them, or the AMT Charger?

i think most will have something but you'll find many more styles in 3d printed rims

Yep, resin printed, resin cast, plastic 3D printed, anything.

The Revell Impala Police car has a set of these:

I usually find some 3D files on CGTrader or Cults3D website, sometimes for free & sometimes for a low cost.  Doing a search on Cults for "Steel Wheel" I found the following 2 that look close to the pic you showed, and both are right are around $2 for the files:
