After finishing the E70 Corolla, I had a dry spell on finishing a build. I started a few, worked on a couple that were in limbo only to go back into storage. 4 years later, I managed to finish this one. it's an Aoshima KenMary Works kit that comes with the giant fender flares but its actually called YonMeri, it's essentially a KenMary just the 4 door version of the cool iconic brother. same body shape with the popular quad rear lamps. this one was paint with Tamiya TS-3 dark yellow with their pearl clear TS-65 and Testors one coat clear gloss. wheels are Aoshimas Yayoi Cherry Blossoms. the details were kept clean and simple as it's meant to be a cruiser. I added aluminum tubing for exhaust tips, painted the rear light panel in metallic black and went with clear blue tail lamps and front bumper lights. kind of like the euro style lamps, but with a blue tint to them.
