Anyone know these parts?

Going through parts trying to find rims. These pieces always have me wondering what kit they are from. They are a bit bigger than 24 or 25 scale. Years ago when i was with another mag  i made a trade and i got a box of parts and these happened to be in there.  The pic with 2 hoods are to give an idea of scale. 

 

I think the black hood is from a camaro.

Was there ever a 1/16 or 1/20 scale prostreet kit? Could these be test shots?

They look exactly like the Monogram Pro Stock 3rd gen Camaro parts right down to the tabs on the roll bar parts and color of the plastic.
