Posting pics (for dummies like me)

Hello all, i'm sure this has been posted on here before and i'm sorry to ask again but the posts i've found don't pertain to my situation. I have a Sony MVC-FD7 10X Mavica digital camera but it does not have a USB port or any capabilities to download pics directly into the computer. I have to remove the disc and place it in the tower to download the pics. I then save them to my "pictures" files. I do have a Picturetrail photo site as well but i'm not sure how to send pictures from there to here? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!! And please, speak sloooowly and don't get to technical! LOL

sign up with photobucket and transfer the pics then use the bottom link on each photo I think its HTMl copy and paste to your posts.
