Wow, look at the big gap between those who voted for real, and those who voted for model! Model win's by a mile long! Sometimes it pay's to go with the croud! ;)

Can't wait for next week's game!

BTW... whoever just added the 51st vote... it doesn't count! You can't vote after I've already given the answer, it's TOO EASY that way! ;)

One more thing... someone mentioned that the door hinges look fake. I'm wondering if anyone out there knows if the hinges look like the real thing. I can't imagine someone who would build such a fantastically detailed model would then take the easy way out on the door hinges??? ;)

I'd say that's cheating! LOL! You can't vote AFTER the elections' OVER! ;)

Harry, do you have any more pics of this car? What scale is it?

It's too nice just to have one shot! :)

Something about the wheels was a giveaway-----------and the glass was amiss too it seems. ;)

No other photos except this one, under construction. As you can see, the body is sheet brass, the whole thing is totally scratchbuilt, ala Gerald Wingrove style. It's 1/10 scale.

Hoo boy! You can bet that costs a pretty penny when done! ;)

I got a 1/24 '57 Aston Martin DBR1 courtesy of George53 that needs restored. On my hard disc I've got a bunch of detailed photos of that car. Pics of the engine, interior, etc, for possible use when I can get enough ambition to do a detailed model of it sometime. :)
