what R these parts (2) ??

The first one is a "Ford GT40" intake for a small block.  What does this thing do?  The second part is possibley from an Indy car.  Help!

I would guess the chrome part migh be a supercharger and associated parts? The white parts look like a modern v-8 intake with a cone filter.

The chrome part is from a Monogram '57 Chevy.  It's part of the stock fuel injection setup.

some of the white parts look like pieces from the Monogram 55 ford street truck...

The white parts are what is called a "Ford GT40" intake.  I've seen this in 1:1 on small block Fords.  Thanks for the help.
