Photos from Ferrari Challenge at Road Atlanta 4/18/09

First time I've been to the annual Ferrari Challenge event at Road Atlanta. The main feature is the F430 Challenge races, in addition they had F1 Cliente and FXX Cliente races. The F1 race was kind of boring, only 1 car ran with a Momo 333 SP, and the rollback ran around the track faster than the F1 car.

The FXX's however...let's just say if you haven't heard an FXX accelerating out of turn 7 at Road Atlanta and all the way down the back straight, you have never experience aural sex They sound like F1 cars. The F430 Challenge cars are too quiet.

It was a great day. Many cool cars in the paddock. What? There were model car shows yesterday?

nice pictures Bob! i really like the first one of the yellow FXX.

while Dave's FXX was very, very nice and cool to see in person, his red one(not sure what it is exactly) was absolutely awesome and massively better in person than the pics he posted here! the detailing on that one was outstanding!
