So, the supplement plan is what they all are trying to sell you?

I'm planning on working for a few more years and have health insurance thru work currently. So basically, it's sign up for A hold off on the others if one has health insurance from the employer?

I was in this situation. When you retire, get the proof of insurance. That let's you enroll in Medicare Part B with no penalty.

I also recommend checking around for Medicare seminars. Medicare is a complicated subject, and what works for one person likely won't work for another. Our medical group put one on, and it was immensely helpful to me.

I will pass on that none of my friends in Advantage plans are very happy with them.

I retired at the start of covid and went Cobra with my Cigna plan, although I was on Medicare. Which was a mistake, I paid a lot for Cobra and in the end neither Cigna or Medicare wanted to pay for anything.

I dropped Cigna for a BCBS plan that I'm happy about.
