I am offering this 3d printed 77 Can Am. The file comes from Andrey Bezrodny. I am doing them in 1/25 scale. What you see I the pics is what is included in the kit. Message me for price and availability.

I need the A/C compressor and mount set up. Could I purchase just that from you? I would be great for a project I have going.

Charles, That motor seems like a Pontiac motor. On the CAN AM you could also use an Oldmobile motor out of the many kits. That would represent a Can Am with the Olds 403 that was purchased in California or at a hi-altitude dealer.

I guess the heads are reminiscent of Pontiac heads that's about it

I have purchased several of Andrey's files and printed a few of them for myself, the license doesn't allow selling them unless you have an agreement with him. They are more like the craftsman series kits but for a shelf model of subjects the big manufacturers don't do, they work and the bodies are pretty darned nice. Most of his kits don't come with a motor or trans, which is disappointing. The ones he does include are close but not replicas so I'll be using some plastic kit engines and transmissions for some of them.

That looks great!  Is there a source for the Can-Am decals?

Yes. There are several. Rays and sts have them as well as a guy named Dennis Satorius.

@zaina I got the kit yesterday. Looks great. Now to build it so my youngest doesn't see it. He has a 77 Lemans

Tim

I have the 77 lemans in a 2 or 4 door as well.

I do have an agreement with him to sell the models. Yes, some of the files are less detailed than others and the engines are somewhat generic but unbuild up nice. I would have to say his files get more detailed as time goes on.

That's great! I'm glad you do, I was hoping that was the case.

I have been trying to contact him since late January but haven't received any responses. I'm enjoying them tremendously and his prices can't be beat.

Thanks!

I read above that you do ‘regular’ Lemans kits as well, which actually appeals to me more.  Do you have a website that shows all the kits that you offer?

Also, are you selling out if the US?  The reason I ask is that as a Canadian, I have been buying less out of the US lately, as exchange rates and shipping costs have really driven up prices for me.  Not to mention that there are ‘other factors’ happening out there that will only worsen the situation, or so it appears at the moment.

Regardless, your prints look to be top notch, and your subject matter highly intriguing.  I hope to learn more.  🙂

Send me a pm and I can provide more info on what I can print. If you have Facebook look me up there as well. Andy Lesiak or instagram @andylesiak

Andy,

I just may have to actually do a copy of what he wants his car to look when done.  I think that the 1969 AMT Olds Cutlass 442 engine could be used to replicate my sons 403 Olds he has in his.
