MonoPed Posted October 28, 2006 Posted October 28, 2006 Here's some '32 Fords "under glass" in my collection: Three window coupe built from the Revell kit, parts box flatty, Lil Coffin tires and rear wheels, parts box front wheels. Paint is PPG Ford SVT Sonic Blue Pearl with urethane clear, Tamiya TS-46 Lt Sand for the interior, and Alclad II chrome on the wheels: Five window coupe, AMT body on a Revell frame, with the rest from the parts box. Colors are Tamiya TS-14 black, TS-46 Lt Sand, and TS-16 Yellow: And last, a sedan built from the Revell Speedwagon kit and a Perry's Resin body. Used the intake and carburator from the 3 window kit valve covers and air cleaner from a Monogram '65 Shelby Mustang, wheels from the Monogram '40 pickup with parts box knock-offs. Colors are Tamiya TS-41 Coral Blue, TS-09 British Green, and Krylon Pewter Grey for the interior. Hope y'all dig em!
Ray Posted October 28, 2006 Posted October 28, 2006 All of them are great, but I never get tired of drooling over that black one.
Gray Smith Posted October 28, 2006 Posted October 28, 2006 yeah all of em are great, but something about the black one....it just looks "right"
MikeBoyle Posted October 29, 2006 Posted October 29, 2006 That black one is still one of my all time favorite builds.
mrglubaum Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 I guess I won't be the first to say I like the black one the best, but hey? All of them are nice, the '32 Ford really was an all-time classic.
ramonesblues Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 the black one gets me right in the prostate!!!
soonerolds Posted February 28, 2007 Posted February 28, 2007 As all have said, they are all great. Guess that's one of the reasons that the Duece is an icon. You can do sooooo many different things with it.
Matt T. Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 Quote the black one gets me right in the prostate!!!  Your models always impress, Brian. But I'll throw a vote in for the electric blue one. That one does it for me.
