ABC Auto Industry
I'm curious, where can I get some large off-road tires for big rig models? I've seen one or two custom models with such tires, but I can't find any model truck parts sellers with such tires. The only source I know of is the International Payhauler kit. Anyone know where to get these kinds of tires?

ABC Auto Industry
Yes, I've checked them out. However, I was thinking of even larger tires, like the ones on this Hayes WHD model: http://sourkrautsmodeltrucks.com/wp-w3pup....p;w3_imageid=
Jim B
How about these: http://www.aitruckmodels.com/pages/rm8fr.html They look like the tires on the Hayes.
mardtrp
Another source for odd-ball bits and pieces, is at the local BIG BOX, just take a stroll down though the kiddies toy section, it's amazing what you can find for different models. coopdad
Give The Parts Box a try. They are adding many offroad tires often. The tires are under the "wheels" link... look for 4x4. http://www.thepartsbox.com There should be something there that work. John
ns4ever
just remembered an articel in tmw about about a 1:25 scale wheeled crane/ loader type thing, designed as a load for a low loader. The crane/loader was (i think) scratchbuilt, but the wheels were huge lego wheels, and looked great. andy
