1968 plymouth fury glass question

I'm looking for the front glass for the Johan 68 Fury convertible.  I've read online in a 1:1 Fury forum that only convertible or hardtop glass will work as a replacement.  It said sedans wouldn't.  I was wondering if Johan followed this when making their 68 4 door sedan police car and the 68 Fury HT and CV.  I'm going to guess they're different but maybe someone here knows for sure.

As the windshield on this car is not compound-curved, making a better looking replacement from flat clear plastic stock is relatively straightforward.
