chris coller Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Here you go on the newest to come off my floor. Revell kit with Speedline decals painted with Model Master acrylics. A mix of dark blue and Blue Angel blue topped of with clear laquer. I also added carbon fiber decale to the suspension parts and mad a photo etch fuel filler. Which does not show up on these pics. It was installed after the photos were taken. To add to the description the tires were sanded, flat laquered, decaled and laquered again. I have got to say the Speedline decals were just awesome to work with. I would compare them to Cartograf if they are not printed by them. That is how good they are. So here you go somthin a bit different for this board.
Brendan Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Outstanding job on a difficult kit. Kevin's decals are outstanding. I've used them on many of my projects.
chris coller Posted April 28, 2009 Author Posted April 28, 2009 Thanks guys! This is a result of tooooooooo much time on my hands and looking at Strada Sports for other things and coming across this awesome car. I just loved the scheme and had to do it. Over all fun build with very little issue.
Randy Kern Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 Another fantastic build from your....floor?? Chris, my dogs would eat the parts, and then I'd be building from the lawn.
