To convert a gnx into a regal is it just a case of adding chrome or are there other body differences i'm not seeing? I can live with the wrong engine but theres a spare small block if that changes.

Not sure if the model has the dash plate with the serial number on it, that would have to go if so.  Gauges were different, not sure how depth your build is

I'm not too worried about the gauges. I'm going lowrider so the most the interior will get is the dash tag smoothed and the head rests removed and maybe a bright colour. Hopefully the paint will distract from the inevitable flaws as i''ve never seen one in real life. They just aren't common in scotland

gnx had fender "cut outs," g.n's and regal did not.

GNX also has prominent fender flares that no other Regal has, not even the Grand National.

Also, a regular Regal wouldn't have the spoiler on the trunk lid or the hood bulge.

Luckily the monogram kit has the flares seperate and the spoiler is an easy fix. The hood might bethe hardest to do but since i plan to fit the gnx bulge to a monte carlo, i'll just take care and swap the parts between hoods.
