I recently purchased this set from BNA Model World in Victoria, Australia.  Reasonable shipping:

1/24 Mclaren MP4/4 1988 Detail Set for Meng kit #CS-007 Hobby Design HD02-0467

Shipping from Australia to New York was $13 for this set & the car, and the package arrived in about a week.
