  1. very nice, grew up close to the 500 track, brings back good times at the track
  2. very nice keep it up, real talent
  3. I would not say your good, but REAL GOOD, thanks for sharing your talent, makes me sorry I just try to build plastic models. Thanks again
  4. got my 223 today, great issue, one thing about the HMCA contest you would think that the Best in Show would have it's front tires on the correct side. LF shows on the RF and still won Best of. WOW
  5. thanks, I am going that way also. Another site modeltoysale comes up with even lower price, all the other Tamiya models on that site are priced within reason but still not a lot of faith in it, save my money I guess
  6. maybe this is the wrong place for this question, but. I was looking for a Tamiya Red Bull F1 model which is hard to find at a reasonable price. The company Modelkitcentral comes up and has one for 111.00. The company is in the USA price is unreal and on their site you can't seem to buy from, called the number provided and did not get anyone. Just looking to see if anyone else has delt with them
  7. great TR4, my first car was 68 TR250 my dad had to drive it home from the dealer, could not drive a stick at that time. Loved that car cool looking fast as anything
  8. this might help or not, haven't read it in the responses, but a simple hair dryer might help. I have built for years and love decal work, a hair dryer is always on hand no matter how many decals are to be applied. using decal solutions around door jams and hood, trunk jams, the drier sets them and you can cut with new blade then your good to go. But you probably already know this, so that is all I got
  9. great job, these kits are harder than ya think, at least it was for me. Built the #9 when they first came out. Going to build the new #17 car. great job, looks real good
  10. very nice indeed, love those models, you better like to do decals. You should be proud
  11. might just win, if Buddy Baker could fit in the car, great job, looks great
  12. verrry nice, todays nascar are like todays cars, all look the same and no chrome, drivers were drivers then. Guess I'm showing my age, or wisdom lol
  13. great job, no need for aftermarket with these kits. Was my first Tamiya sports car kit, was great then and now. almost feel like building it again, very nice, not to pick I guess you noticed the Nissan decals are upsidedown on the valve covers
  14. to cool to say, somebody should build a real thing, and go set a record. Any car builders out there want a challenge ?
