1970s MPC Dodge 4wd pickup tires. Spoon feed me, cuz I am lazy tonight

Does anyone have one of these trucks handy that could measure the OD of the cartoon tires?

I have my original built one somewhere that I would like to restore with a more correct wheel/tire package but it would take me a while to find it.

I have some tires from an old 1/20 MPC Corvette, and I'm pretty sure they are the same tires. 
OD = 1.220"

ID = .750"

Width = .525"

Interesting... They look suspiciously like the front tires from MPC's 1:20 McLaren Mk8D CanAm

Yep. Those are the same tyres used in their 1/20 scale kits.

Thanks guys. I am going to start shopping for some 6-lug wheels and better tires for this thing. I don't want to go much larger in diameter than the tires that MPC supplied.
