JerseeJerry55 Posted June 16 Posted June 16 I could use a little assistance with the best way to go about attaching the AMT Ford Louisville side mirrors. Can anyone please advise how they got them to go on straight, and even? What glue did you use? As always help is very much appreciated. Thank you. Kind regards, Jersee Jerry 55
sidcharles Posted June 17 Posted June 17 this fellow has not put out a video in quite a while, but you may find the answer buried among these YT videos: he's got a strong personality and tends to tangent on things which are basically an excuse to grumble, but see what you can see until the real solution is given.
bobss396 Posted June 17 Posted June 17 I pin mirrors in place. I try to use the biggest "pin" that the mirror mounts will accept. That with CA glue holds them on pretty well. 2
Brutalform Posted June 17 Posted June 17 I always use watch crystal cement for door handles and mirrors. It will allow you a few seconds to get it positioned where you want it. 1
