Kenmojr Posted June 26 Posted June 26 (edited) "Evening at the Diner" This illustration is influenced by my appreciation of the hot rod car culture that started in the 1940s and 1950s in southern California. How couples, families and singles would gather in their vehicles at the local drive in diner and drive in theater. I created and rendered in 3D and with details added using Photoshop and Rebelle 7. Color correction, contrast, color grading where done in Lightroom. Growing up I enjoyed the art of Frank Frazetta and Norman Rockwell. I also appreciate the work of comic book artists Will Eisner and Jack Kirby. Will Eisner is so highly regarded the comic industry named an award in his honor, "Eisner Award". These is another of my attempts at releasing an image from the prison of my mind. I did not use any AI, AI apps or tools in creating this illustration. Edited June 26 by Kenmojr add image 2 1
Bugatti Fan Posted Thursday at 04:57 PM Posted Thursday at 04:57 PM Pure nostalgia. It's how us folks here in England saw the US of that era. I England absolutely dull by comparison , until the Beatles that is. 1
